I think I may have active TB?

I had to get a TB skin test about 2 weeks ago for a job and the test came back positive so they gave me a chest x-ray and that came back negative. About 2-3 months ago I was sick for a week then two weeks I was fine then I got sick for a week and I was fine for two weeks I got my TB test when I was getting over my cold and I dont know if I'm being a hypochondirac or what but I started coughing about 2 days ago. It was an itchy throat cough and then it was accompanied by a stuffy nose but this morning I woke up and my cough feels different it's not a cough in my throat it's a cough from my chest. When I breath it's very airy. I know since I have latent TB I can become active at any time. I havent made an appointment to meet with a doctor about getting on the meds for the latent TB but I called today & the office is closed. I dont have any of the other symptoms. I'm not coughing up flem or anything its just an itch in my chest and I keep coughing. I took a cough drop and it didnt stop the cough for a second. I just took some cold medicine so I'm going to see what that does but does this sound maybe like active TB. PLEASE HELP!
