Is there some thing in the house making my gram sick?!?

My grandma has had several infections and I now in ICU with sepses her lung a full of flem and her stomach is filled with bile. Her home has a strong musty smell and the old central air has mold in it she Has a weakened immune system so could her house be making her sick. Please help.
