Sores in mouth!! Sick!!?

I've been sick with a sore throat,flem,stuffy nose & a headache. On the tip of my tounge I have a white sore ( I guess ) it hurts a lot. I also have a big red sore on the roof of my mouth. What do you think they are from? And are there any home remedies to make them go away?!?! Thank you!
