A question about hay fever?

The decision to go to school or staying home should be your decision, but you won't get any better by staying home. If you have allergies, then the best thing to do is find out what you are allergic to and try to avoid the allergens and take whatever medicine makes you feel better. If you are feeling bad now, you are probably allergic to flower pollen, tree pollen or grass pollen. Don't stay outside a lot and take some over the counter allergy medication such as claritin and see how you feel. Wash your clothes after you go outside, wash your bed sheets and keep your windows closed in the house. If you have an air conditioner, use it and change the filter twice a year. Change the furnace filter often also.
