Womens health... discreet matter please help?

Ok i have had a lot of vaginal discharge lately TMI i know but im reali concerned ive just finished my period like a week ago and i had a baby 9 months ago... But its not the usual discharge its quite thick kind of like flem and its almost transparent but ive just noticed lil spots of blood on it is this somethin i should be concerned about? And ive only had the one sex partner the whole time so i know its not an STD or STI.... please any ideas wat it may be?
