Very ill....... please help :(?

if you are having a hard time breathing, please do NOT delay going to the ER right now. You might need oxygen to help you breathe better. Sit upright and elevate your bed by adding pillows. also, drinking plenty of fluids will take the nasty phlegm out. I'm talking 4L/ day here. I know it hurts to swallow, but you need hydration to liquify the secretions. Deep breathing exercises helps for the breathing problems too. Hold your tummy and inhale slowly, feel the rise of your chest. Hold for 3 seconds, then exhale slowly. Do this for 3 minutes.
