4 month old is sick plz help!!!!?

My daughter has a doctors appointment. On may 4th but I'm starting to get worried about her. She's always been a quite baby but for the past 3 days she's been sick she's got. a wet cough that rattles in her chest I can here it with my ear against it or holding her on my lap. Fever. Ver very cranky. Wont sleep today she wouldn't hardly eat. Two 4oz bottles her normal. Is 6-8 oz every 4hrs.no diarrhea.. but coughs so hard she exersis vomits everywhere like she's digging down deep to get flem out of her lungs. I've tried everything tylonal, decongestant meds(for babys) gas med,nasal spray with light suction,heavy suction, baby chest rub. Even sitting in the bathroom with the shower on hot trying to steam her out. Everything and nothing has worked what do u guys think.
