The Cities with the Best Comedy Clubs in America?

Lets Suppose that i have got the resources to settle anywhere in america. I want to become a successful Sitcom/Sketch Comedy writer. But i know that i have to perform stand-up comedy first to show my talent before i land the job at a sitcom or sketch. So i want to know which are the comedy clubs that the 'talent' scouts for these sitcoms/sketches frequent for new talent? And which cities have a good concentration of these kind of clubs? No points for anyone whose answer is just Los Angeles!
