How would you teach a English lesson to a student of the B2 language level? Please help.?

I need some help to organize and put together an English lesson for a student with the language level B2. From my understanding, I need to encourage conversation and student talk time. If you know where I can get any good resources (videos, question topics, tests, ext.) for this level, please let me know. Txs!
