My dog is throwing up flem and white foam?

My puppy was diagnosed with bronchitis but since we've been home she has been throwing up white slimmy foam. She was not doing that before going to the vet. Does anybody know if this is normal or should we go back? I did give her benadryl this morning thinking it was allergies could it be from that?
