Sweating, Yellow flem, chills?

So i have been feeling really dissy and i have been coughing up yellow stuff. I have also had a headache for the last 2 days, and an on and off sour throat. When i go to sleep with blankets on a get very hot, when there of i get very cold, I feels like i have like a cold sweat. Do i just have a cold or something?
