Throat bleeding infection? Please help ?

So one day i woke up and took a shower while i was taking a shower I sneezed and blood came out In the flem, later that day during lunch i was drinking an suddenly i tasted blood i spit out blood my throat was bleeding my mom took me to the doctor he said he thought it was a throat infection i took the pills and came back a week later i told them my throat still itches they said everyones throat itches and if i keep strainin it it will bleed so a couple of weeks later i woke up ahain and while i wad in the showrr i brushed my teeth and my throat startef bleeding a little again i cant remember if it happened the day after too but sometimes it feels like it burns and itches at the same time my mom says itd because i onlly brush my teeth once a day? Please help im really scared :(
